Orders are shipped within 48 hours of being placed.
Postage charges are calculated based on the total order value.
For Retail Purchases, postage charges are as follows:- Order Value up to £4.99, Postage is £2.50. Order Value between £5.00 and £34.99, Postage is £4.95. Order Value between £35.00 and £99.99, Postage is £9.95. Order Value above £100.00, Postage is FREE.
For Wholesale Purchases, postage charges are as follows:- Order Value up to £99.99, Postage is £6.50. Order Value above £100.00, Postage is FREE.
Returns
Rest assured if you are not entirely 100% happy with your product, simply send them back to us within 7 days of recieving the products, unworn and unwashed and we will refund your money - no quibble guaranteed. (please note P&P cannot be refunded). For refunds, please contact us. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of groin guards and gum shields. We cannot accept returns of DVDs unless faulty for copyright reasons. |
